Yes, it is good only for documents with simple layouts. It is good to review documents in a pinch. Not for serious work.

Nice app that will open and save Office 2007 files – but not a great job at rendering complex stuff.

Tried opening a Word 2007 file – doc contained a Table with coloured cells, text and an image.

Missed the colours in the cells, whole layout of document was poor – I saved the document back as Word 2007 file. Useless! When it was opened in Word 2007, total formatting skewed. No text, no image.

Don’t ask me why – I guess it was too much for QuickOffice.

It is OK for simple stuff, but don’t rely on it for final editing of a work document. Anything (Word 2007) too complex, and you’ll be dissappointed.
